If you see a photo of a bag that you like on this site, and is not shown in our STORE, Tom can craft a similar looking one for you. Remember: All bags are one-of-a-kind, and Tom will try to match leather textures and colors as closely as possible.
If you wish a customized piece to be crafted for you, please email Tom with details: Size of bag, design
on the front (if any), colors desired, leather textures desired, and your height (so we can send you the
correct length of strap).
Once the cost of the bag is established please pay through Pay Pal, by check, or credit card.
Please read these terms carefully:
If we don’t have a bag that has been “pre-made” (rarely do we make several bags with the same design and leather colors), then we hand craft all special orders within 3 to 4 weeks, including any special orders with your own logo, pet photo, etc.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. All leather hides are unique and each accepts dye and colorizing differently, so colors may vary slightly.
Care and feeding of your leather bag:
- Since each bag is uniquely crafted without the use of any transfer technology or machine tools we recommend that you carry your bag only on “special occasions” or “sparingly” so that you can enjoy it for a longer time. Some of our customers do carry their bags as an every-day accessory, however. And, we’re pleased to see how well they hold up over time. And…be prepared to receive some compliments on your bag!
-Your smooth leather bag can be cleaned with a soft cloth and water. However, ink stains and other “oil based” stains may not be removed successfully. Try to avoid getting these onto your bag.
- Avoid overstuffing your bag, as this would tend to stretch the pockets over time. If you need to overstuff it, then…hey…you need a bigger bag!
- Your bag could be damaged if: Soaked in water, ink/food/drink type stains, your pet chews on it, you run over it with your car…well…maybe. However, some of our bags could look better when you DO run over them with your car. It would add “character” and a more distressed look (bags made of rugged water buffalo and American bison). Just kidding.
Sizing your strap: Our straps generally come in black, dark brown and lighter brown. They are all hand cut and sometimes dyed. You will receive a strap that is sized for you. Please indicate your body type: average build, less than average, more than average. If you receive a strap that is too long or too short, just indicate how long/short it needs to be, return it and we’ll send you a new one at no cost.
SHIPPING is free with every order. Please add 15% surcharge for any overseas orders.

Black Eagle Leather is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact Tom Slavicek (email@example.com) directly to discuss your options. Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a check will be sent to you (it is easier for us to issue you a check), within a certain amount of days. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Black Eagle Leather, 18 Sequoyah Place, Dahlonega, GA 30533 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
